ABOUT

Yoga and Sound Bath with Kim and Lauren

Saturday 13th July 2024 | 6-8pm

in support of the Tŷ Krishna Cymru Project & Food For Life Wales

Take a moment to reset, rejuvenate, and realign your whole being at the Ty Krishna Cymru Yoga and Sound Bath fundraiser. We are privileged to be joined by the esteemed Kim (Earth Mata) and Lauren (Cloud Nine Sound Healing). Their gracious voluntary contribution ensures every penny from ticket sales directly supports the cause. This event is not just an opportunity to revitalize your being; it's a chance to make a difference.

Gentle flow yoga with Kim | 6-7pm

The yoga session, suitable for all abilities, involves gentle, flowing movements that promote a sense of harmony and unity. The Chandra Namaskara, or the movements of prayer to the moon, can calm the mind and provide a sense of tranquility and peace.

Healing sound bath with Lauren | 7-8pm

Leading directly on from our final yoga pose we will enter the transcendent sound bath experience which offers a myriad of enriching benefits. Harmoniously aligned with the lunar phase, this session is a catalyst for personal growth and healing. Lauren's expert sound healing serves as a restorative balm, rejuvenating the mind, body, and spirit in their entirety.

Join us for a unique opportunity to rejuvenate while supporting worthy causes. Your participation directly strengthens the Ty Krishna Project and Food For Life Wales. Every penny from your ticket contributes to these causes. Enjoy a special evening making a difference. We're excited to share this experience with you!
