Our thoughtfully designed building will cater to the wellbeing and nourishment of your body and mind, and most importantly, you—the soul. To achieve this, we drew upon the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita. This ancient knowledge, a refined science of genuine wellness and happiness, provides a necessary counterbalance to our fast-paced lives.
Design Evolution
In 2017, we embarked on the ambitious journey of purchasing our historic Grade II listed building, with the vision of transforming it into a state-of-the-art wellbeing facility for all. A year later, we engaged a team of expert local architects who began crafting plans for the three-story glass extension, as well as the renovation of our heritage building. It was not until 2021 that we obtained the necessary planning permission and in 2022, we handed the keys over to Henstaff Construction, who are now diligently working to bring our vision to life.
Ancient East
Tŷ Krishna Cymru is a marvel of design that harmoniously blends the ancient eastern principles of yoga with the innovative engineering techniques of the modern west. This distinctive fusion not only honours and showcases the cultural heritage but also introduces a uniquely harmonious blend of lifestyle and architecture in Cardiff Bay.
Jewel in the Crown
At the heart of the project is our sacred space, featuring a beautiful altar designed using modern techniques and inspired by traditional Indian design. This synergy of old and new will be a unique spectacle.
