ABOUT

Aligning Actions with Values: A Path to Integrity and Joy

Explore how living true to your beliefs not only strengthens self-respect but also deepens connections with others. Embrace this journey to harmonise who you are with what you do, cultivating fulfilment and lasting contentment.

Our Weekly Wisdom Night takes place every Wednesday! They off a carefully curated evening centred around a talk and discussion on ancient eastern wisdom. Every week, we host a different speaker from Tŷ Krishna Cymru with a fresh topic presented weekly. These talks aim to help you develop positive life habits, gain a deeper understanding of authentic yoga and meditation literature, and leave you feeling fulfilled and spiritually refreshed! As part of each session, you'll also get to experience a taste of meditation, take part in spiritual discussion, ask questions and enjoy dinner afterwards.

Krishna Cymru Events is dedicated to promoting spiritual wellbeing and our Wisdom Wednesday evenings in The Atma Lounge are a great way to start your journey. With a new topic each week, we delve into themes from the most authentic yoga literature – the Bhagavad-Gita - and learn how we can apply these practical and timeless principles so we can lead happier, more fulfilling lives.

£5 ticket includes dinner.
