ABOUT
Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old system of health that teaches us not just how to live, but how to thrive.
At its core are three essential pillars of well-being: Ahara (digestion and nourishment), Nidra (sleep and rest), and Brahmacharya (wise use of energy and the senses). Maintaining balance across these areas is considered fundamental to long-term health and vitality.
Join Sarah as she explores this timeless wisdom and shares practical ways to harmonise these pillars in everyday life. Blending traditional Ayurvedic principles with the realities of modern living, this session offers simple, actionable habits you can begin using straight away.
After facing her own health challenges and finding few answers through conventional medicine, Sarah turned to Ayurveda and discovered an approach that truly resonated with her. Since then, she has been studying and integrating its practices into daily life.
Sarah is passionate about making health accessible and practical for everyone. She believes Ayurveda offers powerful tools for restoring balance and unlocking our fullest health potential, and she is dedicated to sharing this wisdom in a grounded, relatable way.
