ABOUT

You’ve likely heard of “spring cleaning” — that time of year when we give our homes a deep clean in preparation for summer. But what if we applied the same principle to our bodies?

With spring fast approaching, Ayurveda recognises this as the ideal time to detoxify and rejuvenate. Join Sarah for an enlightening morning as she explores the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. The session will begin with a presentation on how the spring season influences both our mental and physical well-being, along with simple practices to help restore and maintain balance during this time. Sarah will then guide you through a breath work session and a yoga class tailored to the season’s needs. The experience will conclude with a nourishing refreshment. By end of this workshop, you'll be empowered and prepared to embrace the spring and summer seasons with vitality and balance.

About the facilitator

Having experienced her own health related issues 5 years ago, and not getting the answers she was looking for through the conventional medical system, Sarah decided to take her health back into her own hands. This eventually led her to discovering the ancient health science: Ayurveda. Its teachings resonated with her so much that she's been studying and integrating its practices ever since and is soon to receive her qualification as an Ayurvedic Practitioner. Sarah believes that health should be a birthright to all. However, modern society has made this basic human need feel difficult for many. She is now on a mission to share Ayurveda with others, as she believes this ancient wisdom is the key to unlocking our truest health potential.
