Mantra Night: Sound Bath

We are thrilled to invite you to an enchanting evening of mantra meditation, enriched by the calming, harmonious sounds of Himalayan crystal singing bowls and gongs. This event is not just about meditation, but a journey towards genuine self-discovery and spiritual connection.

When you sink into a sound bath and guide your awareness towards your listening, you allow the space for body and mind to become more peaceful and tuned in. This will then prepare you for the main event - Kirtan!

What is Kirtan? 

When we practice mantra meditation (Kirtan), the sound we produce is not inert material sound, but of a transcendental nature. It acts like an alarm clock, awakening us to our original state of consciousness.

Although authentic metaphysical sound vibrations may seem like any other sound, Vedic mantras originate from outside of the material world and these ancient and sacred mantras lift us above the influence of the material world - connecing us again to our source of happiness and peace.

Through sacred sound inherent in mantra-meditation, we begin to catch glimpses of our indwelling spirit, while also gradually opening ourselves up to a relationship with our original, divine source.
