ABOUT

Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old system of health from India, often described as “The Knowledge of Life.”

Rather than focusing on quick fixes, it offers a holistic way of understanding the body, mind, and our relationship with nature — helping us live with greater balance, energy, and ease.

Join Sarah, a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, for this welcoming introductory session. You’ll explore how Ayurveda views health through the elements, daily rhythms, and individual constitution, and how these ideas can be applied in a simple, modern way. In this session, you’ll learn about:

• The Panchamahabhutas — the five elements that shape the body and mind

• The three Doshas and how to recognise your own Ayurvedic body type

• Practical, everyday tips to support digestion, energy, sleep, and overall wellbeing

This session is perfect for anyone curious about Ayurveda, looking for a more natural approach to health, or wanting practical tools to support their wellbeing in everyday life — no prior knowledge needed.
