About Sarah:
Five years ago, Sarah faced health issues that conventional medicine couldn't resolve. Taking charge of her well-being, she discovered Ayurveda. The ancient health science resonated so deeply that she's been studying and applying its teachings ever since. Sarah is now on the verge of qualifying as an Ayurvedic Practitioner. Sarah believes health is a universal right, yet modern society often complicates this basic need. Her mission is to share Ayurveda, which she sees as the key to unlocking our true health potential.
