ABOUT
Eating is something we have to do every single day, so why not make it a more intentional experience? Delve into the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with Sarah, as she shares simple yet effective ways to enhance your health through your dietary choices. To be clear, Ayurveda is not another diet fad. Rather, it's an empowering health science that enables us to enjoy food while also understanding that it is an integral pillar for experiencing optimum health in our lives. We will explore ancient Ayurvedic teachings and view them through a modern lens, in the hope you’ll gain a new found perspective on health and diet.
Having experienced her own health related issues 5 years ago, and not getting the answers she was looking for through the conventional medical system, Sarah decided to take her health back into her own hands. This eventually led her to discovering the ancient health science: Ayurveda. Its teachings resonated with her so much that she's been studying and integrating its practices ever since and is soon to receive her qualification as an Ayurvedic Practitioner. Sarah believes that health should be a birthright to all. However, modern society has made this basic human need feel difficult for many. She is now on a mission to share Ayurveda
with others, as she believes this ancient wisdom is the key to unlocking our truest health potential.
